A leading Real Estate Investment Management company is looking for an experienced Compliance generalist, with Direct Real Estate exposure, to join their London team to take responsibility for UK compliance.
Reporting to the Group Head of Compliance and managing 2 assistants, you will provide oversight and advice for the UK regulated entities as well as providing support to some European offices without local compliance officers (notably Luxembourg and Jersey).
Responsibilities will including compliance advice, monitoring, training, processes, reporting, financial promotions, AML, CASS, registers and compliance manuals.
Job Requirements: Compliance experience within a regulated Real Estate company is essential for this role.
This is an opportunity to work as part of a small team for the investment management arm of a leading international group. For the right candidate, future progression to UK Head of Compliance CF10/11 is possible.
