About the Role:

We’re hiring experienced care professionals for full-time Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant roles with top-rated, CQC-registered UK employers.

These are direct employment roles *not agency work* and come with Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, specifically those already in the UK looking to switch sponsors or displaced care workers matched through official government programmes.

Salary Varies on role, but typically between £25,000 - £32,000 per annum.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Support clients with daily personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, meals)

• Lead and support junior care staff

• Provide companionship, monitor wellbeing, and escalate concerns

• Assist with medication, household tasks, and care records

• Promote dignity, safety, and independence in everything you do
