Job Purpose

Our Tyre Technicians play an integral role in keeping our customers moving. Bridgestone are now seeking enthusiastic, determined individuals with unquestionable hunger to learn to join our team of Tyre Technicians. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Supervisor the Tyre Technician is responsible for regularly inspecting our customer fleets and identifying, prioritising and rectifying issues in a timely manner. You will cover a geographic region of Cornwall (Various Locations) .

Working hours are 37.5 hours (permanent) per week and this does not include weekends as we know how much you value your weekends!

What we need from you

Essential

  • A Full UK driving license
  • Punctual and reliable
  • A 'can do’ attitude with a passion to learn

Desirable

  • An enthusiastic attitude and reliability cannot be taught however there are some things that can be taught, these include the following;
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working to tight timescales and targets
  • The ability to use IT equipment (including laptop, tablet and mobile phone)
  • The ability to prioritise a daily workload
  • Previous commercial tyre fitting experience
