Typist

Adecco are supporting a highly successful and well established family-run business in Norwich City Centre, in recruiting for a Typist to join their friendly and professional team on a Permanent full time basis.

The main purpose of this role is to support a team of advisors with copy typing duties, within a team of typist and secretaries.

Working hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

Copy Typing letter and documents (majority of the role)
Working with spreadsheets and databases
Reception duties once per week including transferring calls and greeting clients
Filing documents
Ad-hoc general administration

Salary of £20,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience
21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays - increase by 2 days for each year of service (upto a maximum of 27 days)

Person Specification

Excellent Attention to detail and Accuracy
Typing speed of 60 Words per minute or above
Previous experience within a Typist role
Friendly with good communication skills
Efficient time management
A good standard of English grammar, spelling and punctuation
