Are you available this half term?

Are you looking for some flexible work within education?

Do you want to be a part of a huge project supporting children getting back into education?

This year children in England are set to benefit from a £1 billion Covid "catch-up" tuition package to directly tackle the impact of lost teaching time.

We therefore anticipate huge demand in tuition next year and Academics require experienced tutors as well as QTS teachers and learning support staff to help deliver this important project.

We are looking for a range of subject specialists to deliver this tuition either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis within our secondary schools in the Leeds area.

You will ideally have experience of working with young people for example, as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, however this isn't essential. You will be able to follow the direction of the class teacher and deliver engaging sessions to help raise attainment of your pupils. You may be required to plan resources when required.

Possible Learning Coaches could be the following:

- Graduates in a core subject i.e. Maths, English and Science

- FE Lecturers

- Functional Skills Lecturers

- Tutors

- Trainers/Coaches

- Retired Teachers

If you're passionate about education and are available from September onwards please apply!

All candidates will be required to do an Enhanced DBS.
