The key duties of this role include, but are not limited to -
-Ensuring timely administration and pre planning is necessary to ensure a seamless delivery of teaching is achieved.
-Monitor, assess and manage client and learner progression and personal targets, as well as plan, implement and fully document progression meetings and progress reviews with clients.
-Conform to all ore and post delivery administrative preparations and requirements, as well as deputise for other colleagues as required from time to time.
-Delivery and support training in Maths, English and ICT, embedded and contextualise Functional Skills with a range of sector subject areas and settings.
-Contribute to the support of the Curriculum Development colleagues/activities to ensure the curriculum on offer is current, up to date, and fit for purpose. This must be in line with awarding organisation assessment criteria, industry best practice and local requirements.
-Adhere to all KPI's, including, but not limited to - timely success, withdrawals, and overall outcome achievements.
-To support unemployed clients in job search, job matching, and interview success techniques.
-Liaise closely with colleagues to ensure that there is clear focus on job outcomes throughout the learning programme experience.
-Ensure strict compliance with all of the Groups data and IT policies, and working instructions.

-The ability to ensure learners are inspired and have a positive experience during their time with the group.
-The initiative to motivate clients, learners and colleagues by demonstrating a can do and positive attitude/approach towards employment prospects.
-A highly organised self starter with excellent personal ad group organisational skills.
-Able and willing to work independently whilst remaining a committed team player, as well as the ability to be both innovative and resourceful.
-Highly skilled in their declared areas of competence, as well as being commercially aware.
-The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload to ensure KPI targets are achieved.
-IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as excel, Word, and Google mail/Outlook.
-A clean driving licences and own transport is essential for this role.
