Tutor - Pottery Part Time
Interviews are likely to take place on 6th August 2018
Please be aware that the role will be for approximately 6 hours per week, however this is subject to the curriculum demand/need.
We are seeking a part time sessional tutor to plan, prepare, teach and assess a variety of pottery courses ranging from basic skills through to more high level skills, including throwing.
Ideally, the successful candidate will provide technician support including using the kiln, maintaining the equipment and ordering supplies.
The successful candidate will work at least one evening per week and the occasional Saturday.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Subject specific qualification or relevant industry experience
* DTLLS/PGCE of equivalent
* Level 2 English and maths qualifications
* Good ICT skills
* Commitment to continued professional development within the ACL service.
