Turkish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

It is vital that you are fully fluent in both English and Turkish for this role. You will be using your Turkish language skills over the phone and in writing so full language proficiency is essential, both written and spoken communications.

The role will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for the customer
- Taking high volume calls and handling queries and complaints through to conclusion
- Liaising with various departments to resolve customer queries, including stores, suppliers and distribution centres
You will need:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident IT skills
- Good time keeping skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
