TTS Sales Account Manager
£31 per hour
6 month contract
My client is looking for a highly motivated TTS Sales Account Manager Administrator working with TTS Global Account Managers, Regional TTS Solution Sales Specialist and Product Sales Consultants to support revenue realisation, retention, cross sell expansion and attrition management. The individual will have a Customer Service/Client Delivery, Sales, Operations or Credit administration background, be customer focused and able to operate at all levels.
- Work in partnership with the TTS Global Account Manager/Regional TTS Solution Sales Specialist to ensure understanding of key TTS Sales activities for portfolio and provide relevant support and drive completion of projects.
- Provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant teams within TTS such as working on requirements for Implementation of CRM deals.
- Co-ordinate and support the Account Opening process globally for a defined portfolio of clients.
- Support KYC/AML requirements for new business opportunities for a defined portfolio of clients.
- Assist with client communication of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates for portfolio.
- Coordinate and work closely with TTS Sales Account Manager for client TTS Relationship Reviews and client decks for client meetings.
- Liaise with Account Services Unit teams to ensure Clients Account Maintenance requests such as Account closures/documentation updates are diligently completed.
- Take ownership, lead and track specific customer issues/problems including pricing and billing issues and work with the customer and internal departments until issues are resolved.
