Trust & Estate Administrator
£27 - 32,000 per annum

Our client, one of the UK's leading accountancy and business advisory firms, is seeking a Trust & Estate Administrator to join the Tax department within their busy City offices.

Assisting a number of tax, legal and accounts personnel with wide-ranging administrative tasks, key responsibilities of the Trust & Estate Administrator will include:

· Obtaining authority and signatures for payments
· Processing AML and engagement information for trusts and estates
· Formalising and documenting requests for trustee consideration
· Liaising with external trustees, and third parties such as banks
· Arranging for accounts to be reviewed and signed off, as required
· Undertaking research as needed
· Responding to queries and requests from beneficiaries
· Acting as a point of contact for new work enquiries

Trust & Estate Administrator - what we're looking for:

· Previous experience within Trust Administration, or providing support to a Tax team, is required
· Exposure to working within a Professional Services environment is also essential
· Strong administrative and organisational skills
· A proactive approach, and the ability to push back when needed
· Keen eye for detail with strong experience in process focused roles
