You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Trust Department and the preparation of trust accounts and returns from Trustees and Beneficiaries.
Main Duties Include:
** Basic day to day preparation of trust accounts and tax returns advice to clients.
** Responding to ad hoc enquiries from clients and colleagues.
** Administration of trusts on a daily basis, including trust terminations.
** Reporting according to pre-determined criteria to Partner and Trustees.
** Organising, keeping records of and handling receipts/payments to and from trust fund.
** Preparing documentation for client meetings as required.
** Various aspects of trust taxation.
** Administration of general management cases.
** Ensuring full compliance and up to date statutory filing.
