Trilingual speaking customer service executive

We have just partnered up with a global name in retail sector who are urgently looking for extra support over busy period until Christmas. They are looking for trilingual- Spanish and Italian speaking customer service advisors for their HQ in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic immediate temp role for any Spanish and Italian speaker who is interested in building their customer service skills within the retail industry. As the Spanish and Italian speaking customer service advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers based in Spain or Italy, providing a great level of service via phone and email.


  • Both Spanish and Italian fluency written and spoken
  • English fluency, written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Any previous customer service experience beneficial
  • Excellent multi tasker
  • Must be able to travel to High Wycombe
  • You must be available immediately and able to commit to work until Christmas 2018.
