Trilingual Customer Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor to work for a global financial services company at their Chester office. The ideal Trilingual Customer Service Advisor must be fluent in English and be able to speak two of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian and German. As a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all customer and client queries.

The key responsibilities for a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor are:

  • Resolving difficult and complex queries
  • Providing telephone, e-mail and system based customer service by identifying customer needs
  • Resolve service related issues to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Ensure strong business relationships are built with customers
  • Ensure compliance processes are followed at all times

As a Trilingual Customer Service Administrator, the ideal skills and experience will include:

  • Must be fluent in English and fluent in at least two of the following languages; Spanish, French, Italian and German
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office packages
  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service based role is desirable
