Trilingual Customer Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor to work for a global financial services company based in Chester. The ideal Trilingual Customer Service Advisor must be fluent in English and be able to speak two of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian and German. As a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all customer and client queries. In particular we are very keen to speak to individuals who speak German.

The key responsibilities for a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor are:

  • Resolving difficult and complex queries
  • Providing telephone, e-mail and system based customer service by identifying customer needs
  • Resolve service related issues to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Ensure strong business relationships are built with customers
  • Ensure compliance processes are followed at all times

As a Trilingual Customer Service Administrator, the ideal skills and experience will include:

  • Must be fluent in English and fluent in at least two of the following languages; Spanish, French, Italian and German
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office packages
  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service based role is desirable
  • German speakers are highly desirable
