Your new job working as a Treaty Broker will be working for an established Independent Global Lloyd's Brokers who have offices based in in the heart of the City as well as the UK, USA and overseas. Your new job
Your new role working as a Treaty Broker means you will be responsible for presenting, broking and negotiating on behalf of the Global Risks TREATY division to the Lloyd's, London and Global Re/Insurance markets. Providing an efficient, reliable and effective service to both the divisions clients and underwriters. You will be responsible for client liaison mainly on a reinsurance basis, either by phone, email or in person as well e-placing as necessary. You will ensure that all new and renewal business, mid-terms amendments and general enquiries are dealt with. Other duties will include, maintaining relationships with the Global Risks group network, clients, Underwriters and Brokers and undertaking all aspects of the division's administration in the support of the production of placement information / documentation, MRC slip production and record keeping.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working a Treaty Broker or Treaty Account Manager will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have experience and understanding of the Insurance/Reinsurance Market with Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally you will be Cert CII qualified or studying towards and have technical knowledge of policy forms / slips and endorsements.
