Treasury Manager - Liquidity, Risk and Capital Planning job in London within financial services

An international investment management firm is going through a time of expansion and there are seeking to appoint a treasury manager to take ownership of cash and liquidity management, capital planning, and risk management working closely with wider finance in a treasury team. The business is looking at succession planning with opportunity to progress into a Deputy Treasurer role.
Your new role
As treasury manager you will work closely with the treasurer, with responsibility of cash management, liquidity, credit risk and market risk. Other duties will include stress testing, cash management, regulatory reporting, capital adequacy, along with managing firm money and client money. You will get involved in broader strategy within treasury and projects to further drive the improvement of the function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will either be accounting, CFA or treasury qualified (or working towards this) with experience of capital adequacy, risk or liquidity management. You will have experience with at least two of these areas and ideally have worked within a regulated environment.
What you'll get in return

The treasurer is looking for someone that they can develop within this role, and will give you the opportunity to get involved in senior meetings, take ownership of treasury strategies and assist with the further development of the treasury function.
