Treasury Analyst

The candidate would be directly responsible for monthly maintenance and updates of collateral pools (and related reporting) supporting both our public and private securitisation initiatives along with collateral analytics and reporting to ensure secured funding optimisation. The successful candidate would work

Key Accountabilities as a Treasury Analyst:

Primarily responsible for all aspects of asset pool creation, supporting our public securitisation deals as well as private asset backed facilities and new funding initiatives

Working closely with colleagues to conduct rigorous data analysis, crucial for funding strategy, using appropriate modelling techniques

Responsible for preparation of loan level data extracts, stratification tables and other relevant information in order to supply 3rd parties with the correct data to price and rate new bonds issuance

Managing pool limitations to ensure consistency with legal documents as well as optimal usages of asset between ABS facilities.

Collaborate with external counterparties in support of facility renewal/amendment negotiations

Support all post deal reporting requirement to fulfill our obligations to our investors and other interested counterparties through the preparation of investor, servicer, loan level and regulatory reporting

Prepare regular securitisation transaction summaries with inputs from internal business areas to help support the liquidity and funding decision making process

Manage borrowing and pay down notices in line with legal requirements

Regular pool monitoring of total balance sheet, in the form of a dashboard summary

Prepare deliverables that are required to or support the intercompany valuation process and input to the annual business plan

Collaborate with Treasury and other internal business areas to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner and with the most accurate information

Prepare several monthly reports as well as ad hoc reports summarising various aspects of our securitisations transactions that are distributed to varying levels of management and external stakeholders

Assist in special projects / ad hoc requests, as required

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Degree level

Advanced MS Excel / VBA

Strong knowledge of loan level data extraction and manipulation

Ability to communicate complex methodologies and procedures in a simple and coherent manner  Secured funding / Securitisation experience

Attention to Detail

Initiative and ability to work on their own

Good commercial awareness
