Treasury Analyst- Front Office Operations

Our client is a specialist finace provider, who offer a range of saving and leading products within the United Kingdom.

As part of a Treasury team with primary responsibility for managing the operational aspects of the Front Office, ensuring compliance with Board and regulatory requirements. You will provide support to the Treasury Dealer on all dealing operations, ensuring compliance with counterparty limits and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties

  • Management of ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs and other counterparty documentation
  • Management of the implementation of EMIR swaps central clearing obligation
  • Management of other EMIR requirements including providing assistance to Finance on trade reporting, portfolio reconciliation and portfolio compression
  • Management of Treasury-related requirements, including trade transparency and transaction reporting and the derivatives trading obligation
  • Manage the process for participating in the Bank of England’s liquidity operations and the associated collateral requirements
  • Management of relevant regulatory reporting
  • Prepare various Treasury reports and risk management reports as and when required
  • Provide support on dealing operations including Bank and SPV hedging
  • Provide support on the management of collateral, ensuring valuations are correct and any receipts are invested and payments processed
  • Contribute to the diversification of liquid assets buffer and interest rate hedging instruments
  • Provide support for treasury systems and process developments
  • Provide support and guidance to the other Treasury areas

KEY Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Team player but capable of working on their own and providing guidance to other dealing support staff
  • Ability to learn, take responsibility for and implement dealing, regulatory and change initiatives
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to ensure the correct approach/action is taken
  • Able to perform well in a pressurised environment and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to deal with and communicate complex financial information quickly and effectively
  • A high level of accuracy
