Travel Services Co-ordinator
Location : Farnborough
My client who are in the Travel Industry are looking for a Travel Services Co-ordinator to join their team. This role will be based on a shift pattern which is 4 days on and 4 days off - the hours of work at 8am-8pm. We are looking for candidates who have got excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task. You will have strong attention to detail and will be able to build strong working relationships over the phone and face to face.
Assist the other members of the team with the scheduling of trips and services for their dedicated aircraft, clients and crew
Liaising with third party suppliers, internal departments and the crew to make sure all requests and services are in place for every flight, thereby ensuring a seamless journey for each and every client.
Arranging transport for passengers and any other ad-hoc client requests.
Make the necessary arrangements for any pets on the flight.
Using Flight Operation System (FOS) to update the daily and future flying schedule.
Communicate with crew and other departments in an informative and professional manner.
Monitor and log crew rosters to ensure cover for all flights.
Communicate any schedule changes to the crew in a timely manner.
Ensure that the information in Share Point is correct and update if required.
Complete daily check of the company flying program and liaise with other teams regarding any outstanding items.
Produce aircraft layup report.
Maintain departmental spreadsheets
