Travel Product Manager

Base Salary To £45,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Hybrid - Central London

Our client is a fast-expanding travel company who specialise in escorted touring to worldwide destinations.

Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager to join our growing to develop innovative new products for their core brands.

Candidates must have product management experience gained within escorted touring and a passion for this product.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis - 1 day per week on the office, 4 days home/remote based.

They are open to fully remote within the UK for the right candidate.

Travel Product Manager Key duties and responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the product range across all markets, including contracting, operations, logistics, training, and regional development.

Working with the marketing producing brochures, web pages and other marketing collateral

Create and deliver detailed itineraries and tour information, setting clear customer expectations.

Secure competitive rates and unique offers with suppliers, maintaining service agreements.

Evaluate sales against targets to gauge product success.

Ensure competitive pricing while maximising profit margins.

Travel Product Manager Experience Required:

Proven history in travel product management within the escorted touring sector.

Commercially astute, with the ability to analyse data to make substantiated recommendations to improve commercial performance.

Co-ordinate and deliver operational functions.

Customer service and quality focused.

Skilled in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience in copywriting, proofing, and image selection.

Proven relationship management skills with Destination Management Companies (DMC) and other business partners

Previous experience in Touring required

Base Salary to £45,000 depending on experience
