£10,750 (Pro Rata for 20 hours) + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity to join a luxury tour operator, based in beautiful offices in Altrincham. The Operations Administrator will join the Operations Department, providing administrative support. Ideally working 4 hours per day (flexible) across 5 days, you will be responsible for preparing pre and post tour documentation. Working as part of a small team your duties will involve:

  • Offering effective administrative support to the busy operations department
  • Preparing detailed information for pre tour information packages
  • Conducting research and cost comparison
  • Minuting Meetings
  • Maintaining departmental spreadsheets

Experience required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A strong background in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, balancing deadlines and last minute changes
