RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
*Work closely with Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Product Managers to create and implement integrated marketing plans for each brand to meet objectives, increase qualified enquiries and achieve direct consumer volume growth
*Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Product Managers to build and implement effective partnerships as part of the group marketing plans
*Ensure that consistent and coherent branding is maintained. Develop and implement brand guidelines with regards to messaging, fonts, logos and colours.
*Develop and maintain consistency of brand tone of voice across all media and publications
*Work with Senior Product Managers and Digital Marketing (external and internal) to plan and implement digital marketing plans that achieve increased levels of consumer enquiries and improved conversion rates. Ensure websites are up-to-date, natural rankings are improved and paid search spend achieves a high return on investment.
*Manage the marketing budget
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*The successful candidate will have 5 year's minimum experience in a manager's role and at least 3 years' experience in a Marketing Managers role.
*A sound knowledge and understanding of marketing within the travel industry
*A methodical approach with particular attention to detail
*Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
*The ability to prioritise workload, demonstrating good organisational skills
*Enthusiasm & self motivation
*Good analytical and interpersonal skills
*Marketing degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Proven project/production management experience in both the on and offline areas
*Line management experience
*Experience in copywriting, preferably in a travel related role

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic basic salary in the region of £27000 -£35000 dependent on experience plus you can expect some amazing company benefits!
