Job Description:
As a German - speaking Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of guest interactions, bringing these incredible journeys to life from the very first call.
- Your role is to sell these amazing journeys and you’ll be richly rewarded for doing so
- You’ll undergo an exciting 6-9week orientation, most of which will be in Prague (or they may consider London) to build in-depth knowledge of our client’s products and sales standards
- You’ll be responsible for engaging directly with both B2B and B2C guests, offering expert advice on destinations, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure unforgettable experiences
- Using effective sales techniques to understand guest needs, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and reaching or exceeding sales targets
- Communicating and tracking guest feedback to proactively improve processes, collaborating with global colleagues on service enhancements
- Offering personalised recommendations on suite upgrades, excursions, and pre/post-trip add-ons
- Handling sales calls and overflow service calls, enhancing your understanding of the complete guest journey
Experience Required:
- Travel industry experience is essential
- Fluent in German
- Proven success in achieving KPIs and delivering high-quality guest service
- Target driven
- An enthusiasm for travel and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and travel reservation software
