? Must Haves:
? Logistics/planning experience
? Ability to work earlies, lates & weekends
? Live within a commutable distance
? Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
? Confident IT skills (Outlook & Excel)
? GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C+ in Maths & English
? Ability to interpret data & prioritise workloads
? Team player with strong communication skills

? Hours: Approx. 37.5 hours per week across early (6am–3pm), late (9am–6pm) and mid shifts (7am–4pm) + weekend shifts (6am–6pm) on a rota of 4 weekends in 13.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate delivery schedules efficiently

Use computerised planning systems to optimise routes and resources

Ensure safe, cost-effective service for all customers

Provide excellent customer service

Manage operational and administrative tasks

Work independently and handle challenges in a fast-moving department

Prioritise tasks and respond quickly to issues as they arise

Optional Qualifications / Skills

Knowledge of UK geography

Experience with WinDMS

Own transport

Transport industry or planning experience

Understanding of Drivers Hours Regulations

CPC or other transport qualifications

A-Level education or equivalent
