We are looking for a Transport Planner and Scheduler who goes beyond the expected. What will you be doing?

  • Liaising with several departments to efficiently solve any problems and answer queries
  • Receive and process all Customer Service Engineer orders using the PUDO system. Receive and process all other orders from the business and add on to Detrack
  • Build the orders in the finance system
  • Produce the pick lists for the warehouse staff to be able to pick the order

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of working within an office-based customer service environment and/or planning/scheduling experience with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Experience of scheduling a fleet of delivery vehicles using scheduling software
  • Experience of operating IT systems/Microsoft office packages, scheduling software and procurement systems
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the organisation
