Paying £9.00 - £10.00 Per Hour - Temporary to Permanent vacancy

Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.30pm

We seeking to recruit a TRANSPORT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for a new vacancy which could offer an immediate start, working in Nuneaton, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

Working in a busy Transport and Logistics environment we require a candidate who has gained experience of working in Freight, Transport, and Distribution, previously in an Administrational capacity.

The Role will include;

  • Liaising with Customers, Suppliers and Hauliers
  • Inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Confirming Collection and delivery details
  • Entering details into the database system
  • Adding charges and billing details to shipments
  • All general transport office administration

The successful candidate will need to have good administration skills with a keen eye for detail, be a good communicator and a polite telephone manner, IT Literate and well organised.

Whilst it is ideal that candidates will have had Transport exposure previously this is not essential.
