£10.62 hourly pay rate

1 month temporary assignment

Main duties shall include but are not limited to:

*To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of passenger transport services for children and adults.
*To assist with initial enquiries concerning transport services, providing information and guidance to both internal and external parties.
*To resolve operational difficulties and to respond to concerns with individual passengers, maintaining empathy and sensitivity.
*To maintain accurate records of daily activities and to ensure that they are updated and constantly available.
*Allocates both regular and ad-hoc transport and selects the most appropriate means in respect of route, quality, ability and cost.
*Maintain excellent customer relations dealing effectively with enquiries and concerns.
*Plans and regularly reviews routes to ensure transport is provided to meet expectations and guidelines at best available cost.
*Produces reports on operational, contract and financial matters.
