Position: Transport Clerks
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Any 5 from 7 days
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Due to an exciting new Business win with Morrisons, we have a number of fantastic opportunities for Transport Clerks at our site in Livingston
As a Transport Clerk reporting to the Transport FLM you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clerical support services to the Transport operation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Driver management; brief and de brief using microlise system, tachograph management, drivers hours, plan verses actual
Vehicle management; service schedules, service paperwork,
Daily input and monitoring of fleet schedules
Working to strict deadlines both commercially and legally
Investigate any vehicle discrepancies as and when they arise
Compile, prepare and produce daily KPI/MIS reports.
You will have the desire to bring a true commitment to customer service and a keen desire to help to deliver a first-class experience. In addition to this you will have:
Experience of working within a Transport environment
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Detail orientated, accurate and through
Able to deal with competing demands in a busy environment
Excellent numerical and analytical and skills
Microsoft office knowledge.
