This is an ongoing position for a large logistics company based in the Birtley area. Hours of work will be 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to sunday on a shift rota basis.
Working within the business you will be required to cover all aspects of general office duties including; Answering telephone calls from clients and drivers. Filling, photocopying and use of excel and in-house computer systems.
Must have an excellent customer service skills and be able to work on own initiative. Working within the transport office the succesful candiate will need to have experience within a similar office based role, adapting to any given situation and be able to diversify from your daily workload - priorotising as and when required.
Must be available to start work ASAP
