We are currently recruiting for a large number of candidates to work on a temporary basis starting 29th January 2018, conducting surveys on passengers whilst travelling on various bus routes across the London area. If you are an experienced Customer Service Representative then this is a fantastic opportunity with the potential of further work for successful applicants.
The main purpose of this role is to gather travel information by handing out and collecting survey cards as passengers board/alight the bus and recording relevant data.
The survey will be primarily based in the East London area however there will also be routes in other areas of London that you will be required to work.
Successful applicants will:
- Be fully flexible to work any full time hours (minimum of 30 per week) scheduled between 5.30am and 10.30pm Monday to Friday. Shifts can vary between 4.5 and 12 hours in length and you must be able to work whatever you are allocated
- Have previous public facing customer service experience
- Live within easy access of good public transport links (including night buses) and will have a good knowledge of public transport routes across London as this role will involve a lot of travel to different survey locations
- Be willing to travel to various locations across the London area
This position is scheduled to start on ASAP and will last for approximately 8 weeks initially. The rate of pay is £9.75 per hour, this rises to £10.50 for any hours worked after 8.00pm, successful candidates will also benefit from free travel to and from work whilst on assignment.
