Our client a respected Shipping Line in London is seeking a Transport Administrator for a 6 month contract. The main aspects for the role will be to liaise with vendors, depots and internal partners providing support to the Transport and Equipment teams in the day to day running of Land Operations in UK and Ireland. Gather daily stock reports from depots and consolidate on sharepoint. Highlight areas of high or low stocks for flow adjustments or repositioning. Control weekly/monthly off hire and sale box requirements in line with global program. Report all non-conformances to Import and Export teams and record relevant information in for vendor performance analysis.A background in the Shipping/Freight industry is required along with excellent communication skills.
