Our client is looking for a full time Transport administration assistant to work out of their Southall depot.
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 0900-1800 paying an annual salary of £24000.
The job will primarily involve working within the transport department to assist with the day - day running of the department. This will involve all aspects of Transport admin from answering incoming calls and taking bookings from
customers, assisting day - day issues with drivers in regard to collections & deliveries and general admin/filing duties.
The successful candidates must have the following experience:
Good working knowledge using Microsoft Word & Excel
good telephone manner and experience in taking phone calls
managing & prioritising daily workloads
good written & communication skills
be able to work as part of a team and also work on your own
