This is an exciting opportunity to join us at NHS Halton Clinical Commissioning Group. The CCG is responsible for commissioning NHS services across the borough, and works with other clinicians, providers, partners, and patients to ensure that the needs of local people are met. The role whilst employed by Halton CCG will work across within the Mid Mersey system. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to join the Commissioning Team as a Transformation Manager. You will be experienced in project management and commissioning, able to evidence success. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high-quality service; to improve outcomes for patients through strong commissioning and facilitation of change.

The successful applicant will need to be able to work under pressure, be responsive to fast moving deadlines and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

This is a varied, interesting, and challenging role and you will be working in a dynamic and highly experienced team.

The post holder will be required to lead on a range of projects within unscheduled care to deliver the work programme whilst following the internal programme management process.
