Transactions Manager, £38,000 - £55,000 DOE, West Cambridge

Our client is an established multi-site retail organisation based in West Cambridge who are looking for a Transactions Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Transactions Manager you will oversee all the transactional duties within the Finance business. You will manage a large finance team and also be responsible for preparing and submitting monthly accounts of the Accounting Centre and VAT returns, implementing an effective suite of KPI reporting, ensuring that any process changes are swiftly and effectively adopted and imbedded, monthly reporting, present and implement efficiency improvement plans and any other duties as required. You will be required to travel to different sites for the first couple of months of your role to get a better understanding of the wider business and to see how you can implement process improvement strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
A crucial part of being the Transactional Manager will be the responsibility of looking after the finance team and how it operates, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to implement and process change.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an a competitive salary of up between £38,000 - £55,000 annum plus benefits including pension, flexible benefits, flexible working and generous holiday entitlement. You will be joining an entrepreneurial business with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
