My client is currently recruiting for a Transaction Team Supervisor to join their team on a temporary contract.

The Transaction Team Supervisor will be covering the Sales, Purchase Ledger and Cashier function.

This role will suit anyone current Transaction Team Supervisors or Senior Transaction Clerks.

The successful candidate will need to be available to start from mid March.

Client Details

My client is based within a well known organisation and is highly regarded within their sector.

There is parking available and the organisation is close to public transport links.


The Transaction Team leader will be involved within the following duties:

  • Developing and supervising the four Transaction Team members (covering Sales, Purchase Ledger and the Cashier function), with responsibility for ensuring all income is banked, debtor invoices and credit notes are raised, credit control is undertaken to ensure debt collection targets are met by the team.

  • Supervise the team to ensure that supplier's invoices and credit notes are processed and paid promptly and accurately within the Public Sector Payment Policy and the ledger systems are updated, accurately and promptly. Responsible for the production of information/reports in relations for the sales ledger, purchase ledger and cashiers functions.


The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and have a detailed understanding of all the Ledgers.

The successful candidate will need to be available from mid March for the temporary contract.
