Transaction Services Senior Manager

Pro-Finance is working with a Big 4 firm based in London, assisting them to hire a Senior Manager for their high-performing Transaction Services division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced and talented advisors in the market.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading diverse and demanding transactions for clients across a variety of industries. Specifically, you will:

  • Gather, verify and analyse information, and formulate views
  • Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with the client
  • Plan and monitor the progress of the team
  • Share your technical and other knowledge with your team and the department
  • Build on and develop internal and external networks through personal contacts
  • Understand the capabilities of the firm and look for opportunities to sell additional services to clients
  • Play a role in business plan initiatives (e.g. key accounts, recruitment, client service framework)
  • Being a true business advisor to the client and establish yourself as a key client contact

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Proven track record in transactions gained within a large accountancy firm, preferably Big 4
  • Solid financial due diligence experience
  • Experience of successfully leading on high value Deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
