Transaction Services Manager

Pro-Finance is working with a mid-tier accountancy firm based in London, assisting them to hire a Manager for their successful, growing Transaction Services division. In this role, you will work with your clients throughout the transaction process to assist with their strategy, identify risks, execute the deal and help unlock the potential for growth and value creation in their organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and controlling financial due diligence assignments
  • Assessing and refining the scope and cost of such assignments
  • Preparing insightful analysis and communicating issues in a timely manner
  • Preparing and coordinating the preparation of reports
  • Delivering confident and clear presentations to clients
  • Providing on the job training for junior staff
  • Controlling time spent against budget and recovering unbudgeted time
  • Assisting with business development initiatives


  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Proven track record in transactions gained within a large accountancy firm
  • Solid financial due diligence experience
  • Commercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
