A successful candidate will project manage larger client engagements, including determining the project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress against budget and established timeframe and reviewing work completed by junior team members. In addition to managing the delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis, the TS Manager will help to build sustainable and profitable external and internal client relationships. A candidate will need to have a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and or reporting accountants' work.
An ideal candidate will have post-graduation professional experience working within transaction advisory services, with previous staff supervision or management experience. A candidate must also have strong problem solving skills and an excellent academic background. A 2.1 (or above) undergraduate degree is desirable, in addition to an ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
