Transaction Services Executive - Global Advisory Firm

Major worldwide firm of accountants with a fantastic deal record in the UK and Yorkshire. The firm is recognised for advising on some of the most complex deals regionally and this success has created a key opening for an executive.

Supporting the directors and partners the role encompasses the provision of financial due diligence to major privately owned and listed business. This covers the whole range of corporate finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBO's, MBI's, IPO's and major fund raising. A qualified accountant is required, most likely ACA, CA or ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS) with extensive client facing experience, most likely within audit or due diligence. A sound commercial understanding beyond the financials is highly desirable, as are analytical and report writing skills. It is essential that you have trained with a quality firm of accountants, although you may have subsequently moved to industry and wish to return to professional practice. No previous due diligence experience is required as up to date experience in audit, corporate recovery or corporate finance will suffice.
