We are working with an organisation that have grown their business 20% 2016 and 15% in 2017. They are within the professional services industry, and operate at a pace influenced by rapid growth and company ambition. The culture is open, welcoming, and they work to high standards and professionalism.
HR have moved from an administration HR function, to one that understands the commercial direction of the business and offers solutions and value via the people agenda. They are a small team and partner closely with their stakeholder groups.
L&D as a specialist area within the business is still relatively new but now covers the full 360 process from TNA, Design, Delivery and evaluation. They also are looking at e-learning, and LMS.
This role will be focused on their customer service and technical populations and will support the management team in these areas.
The ideal candidate with have experience of financial services or at least a regulated environment.
In return, there is a competitive salary £30,000 - £35,000
