Training Service Manager
£60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Portsmouth or Bristol
We require a Training Service Manager to manage and grow the customer learning services contract, acting as a single point of contact to the local customer ensuring all KPIs and services are achieved in line with both the contract and customer expectations, and securing growth within the customer account.
Knowledge & Experience
- Management of operational performance against stringent KPIs
- Commercial experience managing customer accounts and developing and executing growth plans
- Management of corporate training programmes
- Experience implementing and managing a supply chain across multiple suppliers
- Understanding of Power/Energy sector
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant industry experience.
