A top 25 UK Accountancy firm offering a personal, partner-led service that is aimed at entrepreneurial small and medium enterprise (SME's) through to large corporates and high-net worth individuals are looking for an experienced training manager to join their team.
Your new role
The Training Manager will facilitate training and training development programs organisation wide. They will utilise there accountancy background and prior training experience to ensure that their training is engaging for all employees within the organisation with a particular focus in the development of trainees. They will review the current training strategy and delivery Annual Training Strategy reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be ACA qualified, and have a proven background in design and delivery of accountancy training courses. You will be an engaging and articulate presenter. You will have excellent people management skills, having managed a team in a similar role previously.
