This particular vacancy relates to the opening in our Clients Membership & Information division. This department provides a unique knowledge and information service to our Members supplying the latest up-to-date technical information and training. They also provide a wide range of networking opportunities to promote cross industry knowledge sharing.
The role is responsible for the development, management and implementation of the clients - training offering.
Main duties: Identify the next generation of training courses reflecting the CLIENT strategy developing the training opportunities presented by both CLIENT's full portfolio of services and the market opportunities
Work with the Business Manager to identify new revenue streams and identify the opportunities for development of training offering whilst ensuring the portfolio remains balanced to appeal to all stakeholders
Management and delivery of budget for Training
Design, develop and manage courses/ training delivery including preparation of briefs and contents ensuring effective and efficient timetable and resources utilisation
Ensure Quality for training courses meets the required standard
Develop a training panel from various stakeholders to identify key trends and training opportunities
Lecture relevant training courses
Liaise with the Marketing team on the promotion training
Identify suitable Lecturers (internal and external) for training courses
Manage training personnel
Key Skills and Knowledge required: ? A background in the Built Environment ? ? Experience of developing new training courses ? A confident communicator both written and orally
? Good organisational skills ? Excellent presentation skills ? Experience in a role of delivering classroom based training ? Staff management skills ? Ability to assume and understand detailed technical information ? Willing to travel within the UK
Employment: The post is a nominal 37 hours per week, 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 - 16:30 on Fridays. Benefits include a Pension Scheme and 26 days holiday per year, childcare vouchers, etc. This is an office-based post in Bracknell with the requirement to travel in the UK.
