Leading marketing company seeks Training manager/ Client Support Product Champion.

I have a global marketing software company who are rapidly expanding into the UK Market, who are leading the field in marketing automation and client retention seek a talented Training manager/ Client Support Product Champion. My client is a leading global software company with a fantastic working environment providing breakfast, lunch and snake throughout the day, open office plan with Games rooms and nights out, it's a real vibrant environment

The Training manager / Client Support Product Champion. A true product / Brand champion, who can hold an audience with their passion, enthusiasm and knowledge, someone who is a truly inspirational and a confident presenter. The position will require you to be an anchor point and the go to person having input in top many different departments, sales, marketing, support and delivery.

Your options and methods will have deep impact on the business, and your vision will also help drive the business going forward.

You will be an experienced trainer coming from a background in marketing software or cloud based / Tech based Software (SAAS) who is a true developer of people, and an inspirational story teller.

My client needs a Product training Manager, to managing and interact with the clients, stake holders, championing the value and the benefits of my clients marketing solution, tailoring and setting expectations with the clients based on their particular needs. As the Product / Client training you will need to conduct Webinars lead classrooms, mentor junior trainers Client Managers and other individual's, you will also be required to attend regular, client side Success reviews and new product release training to both in-house teams and the end client.

  • Over 2 year's software training experience
  • Passion and enthusiasm
  • Confident and inspirational presenter to both small and large audiences
  • Motivator of Staff both direct reports and clients alike
  • Must have worked in tech software based company / or marketing
