This role will give you the chance to collaboratively meet with schools, universities, and local charities to deliver financial education workshops to young adults.

Your new role

As a Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creation and delivery of financial education workshop videos and additional training resources
  • Support learning with effective teaching methods
  • Research and development of industry knowledge
  • Build long lasting relationships with local schools, universities, and charities
  • Delivery of content to young adults

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge of financial services
  • Experience facilitating learning, using blended approach to meet the needs of learners
  • Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite – Excel, Word, Power-Point)
  • Efficient and well organised
  • Ability to communicate well under pressure
  • Good stakeholder relationship skills
  • 'Can-do' attitude to helping customers
  • Strong attention to detail

What you'll get in return

In return for this, you will be offered a salary between £30,000 + monthly bonus. You will have the benefit of regular team nights out, free onsite parking, pension and 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
