This role is being recruited on a 18 month FTC basis, as a brand new post to the team this role will require you to work closely with the Training and Development manager in coordinating, designing and delivering training solutions.
The role will require you to split your time between designing and planning material, delivery across the business and project work. The main areas of training will be in Business Skills, Management training, Engagement and apprenticeship support.
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be called upon to assist and partner in wider HR projects centred around their values, and employee engagement.
To be considered for this post you will need to be a commercially aware learning and development professional who thrives on being part of a results - driven environment. You will need to be articulate with excellent stakeholder management skills, with prior experience of designing engaging material. There will be travel with this post.
