Training & Development Coordinator

They have arranged high quality cover and provided intelligent insurance solutions to the professional commercial motorists of the U.K. for over 25 years.

What will your working week be like?

  • Identify training and development needs within the company through audit analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department managers.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the business and the individual.
  • Produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties.
  • Continually develop effective induction programs.
  • Conduct six-monthly development meetings with customer facing employees and devise individual development plans.
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses.
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Monitor and review the progress of employees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
  • Evaluate training and development programs.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the working environment.
  • Research new methods of workplace learning and present this research to the relevant manager/director.
  • Actively follow company policies (including Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities)
  • Attend team and staff meetings as and when required.
  • Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager/team leader.
