Training Designer is required to design and implement proficient and relevant learning and development solutions with the organisation. As Training Designer, you will be responsible for:-
Working with subject matter experts to identify target audiences training needs.
Maintaining project documentation and course folders in a transparent method
Supporting and contributing to quality assurance processes and procedures to national standards
As the ideal Training Designer, you will have a level 4 diploma in Learning and Development or equivalent. You must be motivational with a positive attitude at all times, must have strong organisational and analytical skills. Must have competent use of standard Microsoft applications.
