We are working with a great training provider based in Mid Sussex who are looking for a training coordinator to start ASAP.

The role will involve liaising with customers to book in their training and coaching sessions and working closely with Training Managers and the Client Services Team. You will need a professional and helpful manner as you will be answering general queries and liaising with many departments via the telephone and emails.

Organisation is key to this role so if you have been a coordinator, PA or office administrator this role would be ideal. The role involves diary management and you will be expected to book training effectively to ensure that trainers are utilised in the best and most cost-effective way. You must be able to apply commercial expertise to achieve business and project objectives.
