Training Coordinator

Reed are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join a growing business on the outskirts of Swindon.

This is on temporary to permanent Basis

The successful candidate will help to source and arrange training for employees as well as support the business with general administration tasks.

Main Duties Include:
• Respond to training enquiries
• Book training courses and update the internal Hercules training
database/matrix on completion of courses
• Use the training database to monitor upcoming course expiry
• Update client training databases as required
• Send joining instructions to course delegates, monitor attendance
and ensure course completion as well as coordinate the payment
of invoices
• Apply for and monitor recovery of CITB training grant
• Check validity of competence cards i.e. CSCS/CPCS through
online checkers
• Produce training packs for internal use as well as for submitting to Clients
• Develop/maintain knowledge of relevant industry training/Client requirements
• Book medicals/D&As/inductions in line with Client requirements
• Build relationships with training providers
• Liaise with the management team to identify future training
• General administration duties to support the needs of the business

As the ideal candidate you will be proactive and professional with strong administration and organisational skills as well as thorough attention to detail. You need to have the ability to work as a team and have fantastic communicaton skills, as well as be competent using IT packages. (Word, Excel etc.)
