Training Co-ordinator – 6 month contract

ASAP Start

Large financial organisation located in the heart of Canary Wharf has a fantastic opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join the business on an initial 6-month contract. The role will be to support the business in conducting a training project for 450 people across the business.

Duties:

  • Ensuring venues are secured for training
  • Production of Slide packs and training manuals
  • Scheduling and time management
  • Keeping register of all attendees
  • Daily usage of booking systems and material production
  • Data management on Excel and PPT
  • People management
  • Delivering training manuals to participants
  • Respond to any questions regarding the training project

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Financial services knowledge
  • Excellent skills in; Word, Outlook, Access Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience using online booking systems
  • Confident user of all Microsoft Offices  
  • Experience of working on complex training programmes with multiple programmes
  • Excelling relationship building and management skills
  • Calm with organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be self-reliant when needed and work as part of a team
